Breastfeeding Moms nourishing their babies inside the Barangay Bagong Silangan Covered Court in Batasan Hills, Quezon City late Wednesday, Aug. 8. which was converted into an evacuation center housing 365 families who were were displaced by flashfloods due to heavy monsoon rains. Breastmilk is an essential food for babies and highly recommended in strait conditions.(RJB/PIA-NCR)
